Circuit F.C.: The Future of Multi-Venue Event IP
Breaking down the 'Ambassador Circuit' — the scalable, venue-first activation system for World Cup 2026.

Founder & Creative Director

Executing a 104-match tournament activation is a logistical nightmare for most boutique studios. For Ipanema Media, it is a software problem. Welcome to Circuit F.C.
Minimal Overhead, Maximum Return
Most activation agencies try to run the events themselves. We do not. We provide the IP, the Brand Kit, and the Fan Data. The pub chains provide the venue and the staff. We bridge the gap with a scalable circuit model that can cover 50 venues as easily as it covers 5.
This approach was proven when we transformed The Australian Hotel from a quiet whisky bar averaging $300–$1,200 per night into a destination pulling $18K on peak nights. The venue provided the space and staff; we provided the system.
The 'Atmosphere Stream' Layer
One of the biggest technical breakthroughs in our model is the atmosphere stream. We are not interested in the broadcast rights to the match — those belong to FIFA. We own the rights to the atmosphere inside the pub. We stream the fans, the ambassadors, and the reactions, creating original content that sponsors can buy directly.
"We aren't just filling pubs; we're creating a media network out of physical spaces." — Danilo Monteiro, Founder, Ipanema Media
This is how we turn a simple football match into a 24/7 commercial asset for venue chains. The fan data that powers this system is captured through our Ambassador Network, and the commercial model behind it is detailed in our piece on the licensing model.
